中文课程介绍 现代农业推广学是一门农学类专业的学科基础选修课，主要是研究如何提高农业科技成果的扩散与转化效率，使农业新成果、新技术、新知识及新信息尽快传给农民，转化为现实生产力的、实践性很强的一门边缘性、综合性学科，包括绪论、农业创新扩散原理、农业科技成果转化原理，农民行为改变原理，农业推广沟通原理，农业推广教育与培训原理等；还介绍了农业推广组织与人员管理，农业推广计划及项目、农业推广方式与方法，农业推广试验与示范，农业推广信息服务和经营服务的技能和方法等，培养学生的推广素质和能力，能够独立进行有关农业推广的教学、科研技术工作。 英文课程介绍 Morden Agriculture Extension is a subject basis optional course of agronomy majors, and its target is to research the theory and measures those may increase and improve the diffusion and conversion efficiency of scientific and technological achievements in agriculture, and agriculture new achievements, new techniques, new knowledges and new informations are handed down peasants as soon as possible, then are transformed to actual productivity, and is also a practical, marginal and comprehensive subject. Agriculture Extension consist of introduction, the agriculture innovation diffusion theory, the commercialization of research findings theory, the behavior change of peasants theory, the communication theory and education and training theory and so on; what’s more, the course includes the contents of organization and personnel management, popularization plan and project, way and method of extension, extension experiment and example, the skills and methods of information service and operating service, and so as to train and improve the students’ extension qualities and abilities, and consequencely can conduct the technical work on teaching, scientific research of Agriculture Extension.
