兽医微生物学课程简介 课程编号：2163101 学时/学分：48/3.0 先修课程：细胞生物学、动物生理学、动物解剖学，动物组织胚胎学，动物生物化学。 考核方式(考试/考查)：考试 内容简介： 兽医微生物学是研究动物病原微生物的形态、构造、致病性及其他生物学特性的科学，是生命科学的重要分支之一，是动物医学专业重要的专业基础课程。重点介绍细菌、病毒、真菌、螺旋体、支原体、立克次体、衣原体等微生物的基本形态、结构、营养需求与类型、分类特征、遗传与变异的机理、外界环境影响因素、生长繁殖条件；在此基础上介绍常见畜禽病原微生物的基本特征、致病因子、致病机理以及其感染检测和预防方法。通过该门课程的学习，使学生能够掌握兽医微生物学中的基本概念和重要理论知识，了解重要病原微生物的生物学基本特征，为学习后续专业课程和将来从事畜禽传染病病原学检测与防治打下良好的基础。 英文简介： Veterinary Microbiology is a science which research and discusses the animal pathogenic microbial morphology, structure, pathogenicity and other biological characteristics. Veterinary Microbiology is an important branch of life science and an important course of animal medicine. Veterinary Microbiology introduces mainly structure, nutrient requirements and types, classification, genetic and variation mechanism, the influence of the external environment factors, growth and reproduction conditions of bacteria, viruses, fungi spirochete, mycoplasma, rickettsia, chlamydia basic grown form. On this basis, Veterinary microbiology introduces the basic feature, pathogenic factor, the pathogenic mechanism and basic diagnosis and prevention methods of livestock and poultry common pathogenic microorganism.
