食品免疫学是食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业的一门重要专业课,对今后从事与功能食品、保健等相关的研究、开发、生产管理具有指导作用。 本课程学习免疫学的基本原理,包括细胞免疫、体液免疫、免疫应答、食品营养与免疫、免疫功能的评价等。为学习后继的其他基础课程及专业课程奠定基础。 Food Immunology is an important major course of the undergraduate discipline of Food Science and Engineering as well as Food Quality and Safety, which could provide guidance to students who engaged in the related research, development and production management of functional and health care food. This course covers the basic principles of immunology, including cellular immunity, humoral immunity, immune response, food nutrition and immunity, and immune function evaluation, which could lay the foundation for the following basic courses and professional courses.
