The theory of functions of one complex variable is laid in nineteenth Century. Three representatives are: Cauchy, Weierstrass, Riemann. The establishment and development of functions of one complex variable is needed with the practical issues closely related. Study on electrical and fluid mechanics, aerodynamics have promoted the development of functions of one complex variable.
