中文简介 食品生物安全性分析与控制教学实习是食品质量与安全专业的必修课。本实习课程主要培养学生对食品中常见的食源性致病菌进行分析检测的基本知识和动手操作技能。通过对常见致病菌进行培养和观察、了解其形态结构、营养、生理、代谢、生长方式等特点及国标检测、快速检测和鉴定等方面的基础知识,使学生明确食源性致病菌对食品安全造成的危害。在教学中把精力主要集中在培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力上,为学生今后的学习及工作实践打下宽厚的基础。 英文简介 Practice Teaching for Food Biological safety analysis and control is a compulsory course for the major of food quality and safety of undergraduate. The course aims to develop the basic knowledge of microbiological experiment and practical operation skills of the students. Through microbial cultivation and observation of the common foodborne pathogens, the students can understand the microbial morphology structure, nutrition, physiology, metabolism, growth pattern, detection using National Standards of People’s Republic of China, and other quick detection and identification methods of these pathogens, and its relationship with food safety, and can understand would do great harm to humans through food supply. During the course teaching, teachers would focus on students' ability to problems analyzing and solving, through which, substantial foundation would be built for students’ future learning and working practice.
