课程介绍

本课程是机械设计制造及其自动化专业、农业机械化及其自动化专业、机械电子工程专业、车辆工程专业的一门学科大基础必修课。主要研究杆状构件在拉压、剪切、弯曲、扭转等作用下构件的内力、应力、位移、和应变问题,受压杆件的稳定性问题,组合变形情况下的应力分析和强度理论,疲劳破坏、能量法等问题。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握工程结构和构件的强度、刚度、和稳定性分析计算的方法,能够布置载荷,选择适当的材料、截面形状和尺寸,具有一定工程计算的能力和初步实验分析的能力。 Mechanics of Material is the compulsory course for the students whose major belong to Machine Designing, Manufacturing and Atomization. The main contents include: internal force, stresses, deformations and stain of beams and rods under axial tension and compression, shear, torsion and bending, stability of compressed columns, analysis of stress and strain and failure criteria by the combined loadings, fatigue failure, energy methods. Through the learning of this course, the students mastered the calculation method of the structures of strength, rigidity, stability, they can arrange to load, chose proper material, reasonable shapes and sizes, they have certain ability to engineering calculation.
