树木学课程简介 中文简介 树木学是研究树木的形态分类、地理分布、生物学与生态学特性以及资源利用及其在林业生态工程、经济建设中的定位与作用的一门学科，是林学、森林资源保护与游憩等专业重要的专业基础课。通过树木学的学习，使学生掌握树木分类的基本原理和方法、树木生长发育的基本规律、树种分布区及中国树种分布概况、中国树种资源的保护和利用；认识我国主要树木种类，掌握常见科属的主要识别特点及代表树种的分布、习性及利用等。课程内容分总论和各论两大部分，总论部分主要介绍树木学的基本概念、树木分类学的基本原理、树种分布区及特征；各论部分以组成森林的主要木本植物为研究对象，分裸子植物和被子植物。 本课程是林学、森保、游憩、水保等专业的必修课，设计学时56小时，其中理论讲授28学时、实验28学时；野外教学实习1周。 英文简介 Dendrology, a key course for Forestry, Protection of Forest Resources and Forest Tourism, involves tree morphology and classification, geo-distribution, biological and ecological characteristics, resources utilization and their application to forestry ecological projects and economic construction. After studying the course, students are supposed to master the principles and methods of tree classification, basic rules of tree growth, distribution areas of main Chinese tree species, protection and utilization of Chinese tree resources, and know the main Chinese tree species and their identification features of the families and genus, as well as the distributions, nature and utilization of typical trees. The content of this course consists of general introduction and tree families. In general introduction section, it mainly focuses on the definition to Dendrology, principles of tree classification and tree distribution areas and their natures; in the family section, it focuses on main forest tree in Gymnosperm and Angiosperm. Dendrology is a compulsory course for forestry students, forest protection students, forest tourism students and students studying on major of water and soil conservation. The planning time is 56 hours, of which 28 hours is for theoretical classes, the rest for lab one; 1 week field teaching in Mountains.
