中文简介 本课程是本科林产化工专业的一门学科专业基础课,其主要内容包括:化学反应动力学特性研究;反应器内流体流动、传递过程研究及对反应的影响;反应器设计计算、过程分析及最佳化。通过本课程的学习,使学生具备化学反应工程学的基础知识;明确其与物理化学、传递工程、化学工艺等学科的关系;掌握改进和强化现有反应技术和设备的措施,保证化学反应优质、高产、低能耗;能够开发新的反应技术与设备;解决反应过程中的开发放大问题;实现反应过程的最优化。 英文简介 This course is a subject specialized fundamental course for undergraduate chemical engineering and forestry. Its main content includes: the research on the dynamic characteristics of chemical reaction in the reactor; fluid flow, transfer process and their effects on the reaction; the design, calculation, process analysis and optimization of the reactor. Through the studying of this course, the students should understand the basic knowledge of chemical reaction engineering and clear its relationship with physical chemistry, transfer engineering, chemical technology and other disciplines. The goals of this course are to make students grasp the measures of improving and strengthening current reaction equipment and technology, ensuring that the chemical reaction is high yield, high quality and low energy consumption, develop new technology and equipment of the chemical reaction, solve the amplification of the reaction process and achieve optimal reaction process.
