本专业课程综合实习主要涉及《化工设备机械基础》和《化工仪表及自动化》两门课程的教学内容。学生深入工厂和生产车间进行实地考察。通过实地考察以及专家讲解，学生可以了解工厂发展历史、生产和经营现状以及今后的发展趋势；通过深入生产车间，学生可以了解工厂生产原料的来源和储存方式，原料的输送方式以及所用设备的型号和规格，设备的定位和相应厂房的布置情况等。学习并掌握各个工段的生产工艺流程，了解生产过程中的注意事项，并画出各个工段的生产工艺流程草图。 This field-trip based comprehensive practice course mainly involves the contents of Mechanical Fundamentals of Chemical Engineering Equipment and Meters and Automation of Chemical Industry. The students will visit factories and production plants. Through on-site investigation and expert explanations, the students will have a chance to understand the development history, production and management situations, and the development trends of the factories. Through in-depth observations in the production plants, the students will understand how the feedstocks are sourced, stored, and transferred, and get to know the model numbers, specifications, locations and the layout configurations of the equipments. The students are expected to master the techniques used, to remember things that need to be carefully handled with great attention, and to make sketches of each workshop section.
