本课程是本科林产化工专业的一门学科专业基础课，其主要内容包括：化工设备的常用材料、化工设备通用零部件、常用传动装置的工作原理、失效形式、结构和设计计算方法等。通过本课程的学习，使学生具备认识、使用和维护化工设备方面的一些基本知识，掌握机器机械运动的分析方法、强度计算方法，并能运用机械设计方面的基本知识和工程手册设计简单的机械传动装置。 This is a specialty fundamental course of forestry chemical engineering. It mainly covers the commonly used materials and generic parts for chemical equipment, operating principles, failure forms, structures, and calculation and design of commonly used transmission devices. By completing this course the students will become familiar with the basics of recognizing, using and maintaining chemical equipment, and master the methods used for analyzing the mechanical motions and calculating the strength requirements, and become capable of designing simple mechanical driving devices based on basic knowledge of machine design and by reference to engineering manuals.
