《生物化工工艺学》系统地介绍了生化生产过程的工艺原理和生产技术，主要包括工业微生物基础、培养基配制和灭菌、淀粉制糖工艺、空气灭菌、生物反应器、发酵工艺控制和生物物质分离与纯化，同时选取多个典型的生化生产过程作为事例。通过本门课程的讲授，使学生掌握生化生产过程中的基本理论与技术。 The principle and technology during the process of biochemical production are mainly introduced in this course, which includes the basis of industrial microbiology, preparation and sterilization of substrate, technology of sugar production from starch, air sterilization, biological reactor, control of fermentation process, and separation and purification of metabolites. Meanwhile, some typical examples for biochemical process are introduced in this course. The aims of this course are to make students know the basic theory and technology during the process of biochemical industry.
