课程简介.doc <------------------------------------合并分隔线------------------------------------> 本课程是木材科学与工程专业的专业选修课，其教学内容主要包括：（1）介绍家具检测的基本知识，即相关术语、常见家具的分类和主要尺寸、家具表面漆膜理化性能测定；（2）介绍家具力学性能试验的原理及试验分类、试验方法和力学质量评定；（3）介绍家具常用材料的质量标准及其检测方法；（4）介绍家具的通用技术条件，家具质量检测的基本技能和等级评定方法。前三部分教学内容是一种平行、并列关系，为第四部分教学奠定基础，而第四部分则是对前三部分教学内容的延伸和综合应用。 <------------------------------------合并分隔线------------------------------------> 3 课程简介 3.1 中文简介 《家具检测》”是木材科学与工程专业的专业选修课，主要介绍我国市场经济下的法律法规体系与家具标准的关系，中国家具标准现状和家具标准的制定原则、依据和方法、步骤，家具质量管理体系和标准化的战略地位，以及家具企业标准化质量管理、质量控制方法和质量检验方法等。该课程的学习使学生学会参照“GB/T1.1-2009 标准化工作导则”、“GB/T3324-2008 木家具通用技术条件”，结合校内生产实习起草木家具质量标准、编制家具制造工艺的技术要求，掌握家具质量控制的方法和途径。 3.2 英文简介 Furniture Quality Test is an elective course of wood science and engineering that mainly introduces the relationship between the system of regulations and furniture standards under the market economy of our country, the current situation of china furniture standards and furniture standards step principle, basis and method.
